I began following the Nutritarian diet plan in January 2016. At that time, I was taking Valsartan 80 mg (high blood pressure medication) and stopped April 2016. I then began Valsartan 80mg again after falling short of being 100 percent committed to the Nutritarian diet. Then, I was able to stop taking Valsartan 80 mg in May 2018 and I am not going back to it.
