Ellen lost 25 pounds and is happy not to have to count calories
I saw Dr. Fuhrman on the Dr. Oz show in March 2018. At that time, I was at my highest weight ever and felt horrible. My joints ached and my fingers were swollen all the time. My clothes were getting tighter by the day. I thought Dr. Fuhrman just made changing eating habits sound easy and sensible. Also, not having to count calories sounded great.
I jumped right in and detoxing from sugar and processed foods was one of the hardest things I have ever done. However, after two weeks I was feeling so good that people were asking me what I was doing because I looked better. I lost 25 pounds over a year. I have encouraged so many people to just try this way of eating.
In the past, I had tried Weight Watchers with short term success because I did not eliminate sugar and processed foods from my diet. This lifestyle is healthy and you are not hungry. No label reading because you don’t eat many foods with labels.
