In just 3 months John lost 52 pounds and lowered his blood sugar
Three months ago, I saw Dr. Fuhrman's 3 Steps to Incredible Health. I was pre-diabetic and insulin resistant and could not lose any weight. I was following the Atkins diet and was getting fatter and fatter. At age 67, I weighed 293 pounds and felt like I was 100 years old.
After two months on Dr. Fuhrman's "salad is the main dish" approach I lost 30 pounds and started to feel great. But I need to eat something besides salads and purchased Eat To Live. That was the ticket. I started making heavy duty soups with lentils and beans. Lentils and beans are now my all-time favorite foods.
It's been three and a half months, and I have lost an incredible 52 pounds, went from a 48 inch waist to a tight 38, and dropped from a 3x shirt size to a large. My goal is to be under 200 pounds by this summer. I say no problem here. Oh, by the way, my blood sugar went from 213 to 110. Thank You Dr. Fuhrman...you're the man!
