Sarah lost 52 pounds and reduced her body fat composition which saved her military job
Two years ago I was at risk of losing my job in the military because I was not within the weight standards or body fat required. A co-worker recommended reading Eat To Live. I had tried every fad diet out there, and not only did not lose weight, but gained weight with each new diet I tried. I was skeptical that the book was just another fad diet. But when I read it my life was transformed.
I completely changed my eating habits to the Eat To Live lifestyle. I continued running and exercising. I went from 205 pounds at my heaviest to 153 pounds and am continuing to lose weight. According to the military standard of body fat composition I went from 41 percent to 26 percent. I compete in monthly 5k's. I completed two triathlon sprints, and am training for my first half marathon. Caffeine was hardest for me to give up, but last month I finally quit drinking coffee. I have been diagnosed with infertility. I don't know if I will ever be able to have a child, but I am hopeful that my body will begin to heal the longer I continue to follow the Nutritarian diet plan. Thank you for the information you provide. Without it I would have lost my job. I can't wait to reach my ideal body weight, and each successful pound lost makes it that much easier to continue.
