These poppable treats will be the hit of any party. Make them with dates, cashew butter, chia seeds and 100% cocoa chocolate chips.

Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup raw cashew butter
3 tablespoons ground chia seeds
2 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder, optional
2 tablespoons 100% cocoa chocolate chips
cocoa powder, for topping, optional
Instructions
Blend dates, cashew butter, ground chia seeds, almond flour and vanilla bean powder in a food processor. Add chocolate chips after the batter has been mixed and pulse briefly to combine.

Roll mixture into balls and roll in cocoa powder if desired. Refrigerate or freeze.
