Ingredients

1 medjool or 2 regular dates, pitted
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
pinch cinnamon

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender on high until smooth and hot (about 4 minutes). Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
