8 ounces baby greens
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 Medjool date or 2 reguarl dates, pitted (see note)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds


Blend the baby greens, non-dairy milk, and water, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add additional water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

Note: For regular or weight loss diets, omit the dates.

I made this smoothie using fresh peaches and blueberries and really enjoyed the flavor. I added some maca powder as well. Will make again and try using raspberries instead of blueberries for a different flavor.

I used Sam's Club mixed frozen fruit for the "frozen peaches." Very satisfying and delicious!

We used unfrozen fruit except for blueberries and I really liked it, but my wife was less enthusiastic about it.
