4 slices dried, unsweetened, unsulfured pineapple
1/4 cup orange juice
10 ounces frozen strawberries
1 navel orange, peeled
Instructions
Soak dried pineapple in orange juice until softened, at least two hours.
Blend dried pineapple and soaking liquid, frozen strawberries and the orange in a high-powered blender until smooth.
Pour into sorbet glasses and if necessary, place in freezer to reach desired consistency. Top with sliced fresh strawberries.
