This smoothie sounds decadent and tastes wonderful, but it is also packed with good-for-you, nutrient- dense ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 cups frozen cherries
1 banana
1/4 cup pecans
3 tablespoons natural cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Instructions:

Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.

The chocolate and pecan flavors are relatively mild, but overall this drink is really quite tasty!
