With only four ingredients, this delicious chocolate pudding couldn’t be easier to make – or make a more delightful dessert.

Ingredients

2 cups Unsweetened plant milk (almond, soy, or oat)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla bean powder
1/2 cup Chia seeds

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the plant milk, Dr. Fuhrman's Chocolate Chaga powder,, vanilla, and ¼ cup of the chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

Stir in the remaining ¼ cup chia seeds by hand.

Pour into individual bowls or jars and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes, or until thickened.

Serve chilled, topped with fresh or frozen berries if desired.

Should there be more Chocolate Chaga in it.  Mine was not as brown as the picture.  It was quite light.
