No-Oil Tortilla or Pita Chips

Turn whole grain pitas or wraps into chips that work well with pesto, guacamole or hummus.

Ingredients

2 (100% whole grain) flour tortillas or pitas (see note)

Instructions:

Cut whole grain tortillas or pitas into four or eight triangles and lay on a parchment-lined baking tray. Do not overlap them. Bake at 200 degrees F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until crispy (see note).

Great with pesto, guacamole or hummus.

Note:
Ezekiel brand is a good choice for whole grain products.

Can also be baked at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until crispy.

These are great with either Ezekiel sprouted whole grain or corn wraps!  You can speed them up by cooking them in the microwave for three minutes from frozen or In the oven at 375 degrees for about 5 to 7 minutes.
