Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened soy,hemp or almond milk
1 cup pomegrante juice
1/2 cup frozen strawberrries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup chopped romaine leaves

Instructions:

Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.

5 stars. Good consistency. Great taste. I made it without the Gofi berries. Great for a quick lunch and satisfies the sweet tooth. Loved it.

Excellent! 5 stars from all 5 members of my family - My teenage son that hates salads and tolerates smoothies loved this one.
