Ingredients
12 ounces frozen shelled edamame
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Rinse the frozen edamame in a strainer until they are mostly thawed. Blot dry with paper towels.
In bowl, toss the edamame with the coconut aminios, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
Spread the edamame in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 50 minutes or until desired crunchiness, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool before transferring to a bowl or container.
