Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground flax seed
3 tablespoons water
1 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon spices or herbs such as salt-free seasoning blends, Italian seasoning, onion powder, parsley or cinnamon.

Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 325 degrees F.

Mix flax seed in water in a small bowl and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix almond flour with flax seed mixture and spices or herbs until it forms into a ball of dough.

Roll dough out on a silicone sheet or waxed paper until about 1/8 inch thick, square, using extra almond flour to keep rolling pin from sticking. Move sheet with cracker dough onto a baking sheet.

Use a pizza cutter to divide dough into ~3/4 inch squares (about 50). Bake for 15-20 minutes. Crackers from outer edges will brown first, as they are thinner, so remove them as they start to brown.

These are delicious! I made my own almond (meal) in the Vitamix, used 2 tsp no-salt seasoning and 1 tsp granulated garlic for the seasonings. The only problem is that they will disappear in minutes! I'll make a larger batch next time.

Tasty. We used herbs de Provence. Made as one big cracker and just broke apart which was easy to do. I will definitely make again
