1/2 cup Dr. Fuhrman's Flavored Vinegar, any variety
2-3 teaspoons chia seeds
1 Medjool or 2 regular dates, pitted
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, using 2 teaspoons of chia seeds to start. Blend until smooth. Check consistency, which will thicken a bit over time.
For thicker consistency, add an additional teaspoon of chia seeds and blend again.
Use your favorite flavored vinegar to make this easy vinaigrette. It will go with any salad you decide to toss together.
