Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, using 2 teaspoons of chia seeds to start. Blend until smooth. Check consistency, which will thicken a bit over time. For thicker consistency, add an additional teaspoon of chia seeds and blend again.

This is a good simple recipe. I made one using half a cup of red wine vinegar and a tablespoon of black fig on the lose 10 in 20 program. There was a tinge too much red wine flavor for me. Next time I would double the black fig.
