You can't go wrong with a Ranch Dressing that is both nutritious and delicious! Top your salad or dip in your raw veggies. It provides a hearty helping of super-healthful hemp seeds.

Ingredients
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 small clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except parsley and dill in a high-powered blender until creamy and smooth.
Additional non-dairy milk can be added if needed to adjust consistency. Add parsley and dill and pulse for a few seconds to combine.
