Here’s a quick dressing that will transform your salad. Berries, sunflower seed butter and a splash of vinegar-it doesn’t get any easier.

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries
1 1/2 tablespoons raw sunflower seed butter
2 teaspoons Dr. Fuhrman's Riesling Reserve Vinegar or other fruity vinegar
1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

Smash raspberries in a bowl with the back of a fork, add remaining ingredients and combine.
