Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cooked or 1 (15 ounce) can no-salt-added or low sodium black beans, drained
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
black pepper, to taste
1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
1/4 cup no-salt-added salsa

Instructions:

Combine the beans, lime juice, onion, cumin and black pepper. Gently mix in the avocado and top with a dollop of salsa.
