Ingredients:

2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions:

Whisk water, vinegar and almond butter together until mixture is smooth and almond butter is evenly dispersed. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Really enjoyed this light textured dressing. I have used almond butter and cashew butter for making this recipe with good results. I prefer a more integrated salad dressing so I whirl it for a while in my nutribullet. Yummy!

I LOVE this dressing! It is super simple to make with ingredients that I always have on hand. I'm using it on salad and as a dip for raw veggies. I make it in a wide mouth, pint size Mason jar and use a stick blender to integrate everything. Works amazingly well. It adds lots of flavor and is quick to make. Great for beginners to do!
