Heat 1/4 cup water in a large non-stick skillet. Add garlic and onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or mushroom liquid begins to evaporate. Gradually add kale, cover and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more water as needed to prevent sticking. Add
Mushroom Alfredo Sauce and continue to cook until heated through.
Serve on top of bean pasta if desired.
