Need an easy and delicious dessert? This healthy apple-packed strudel will come to the rescue!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, mix the non-dairy milk, vanilla and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, oats, ground walnuts and flax seeds. Pour into a baking dish (see note) and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Note: An 8x8 inch baking dish works well for 4 servings.
