2 ounces baby spinach leaves
1 large banana [frozen and cut in thirds]
1 medium apple, cored, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries
1 cup unsweetened almond, soy or hemp milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon ground flax, hemp or chia seeds


Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.
