Apple Pear Vinaigrette
1 apple, peeled and cored
1 ripe pear, peeled and cored
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add a small amount of water if needed to adjust consistency.
Pour blended ingredients into a small saucepan and warm it on low heat for a few minutes.
This fruit vinaigrette goes great with a spinach and walnut salad with some chopped apples. Also nice poured over some lightly steamed greens like kale.
