3 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's Apple Cinnamon Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 apple, peeled and cored
1 ripe pear, peeled and cored

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add a small amount of water if needed to adjust consistency.

Pour blended ingredients into a small saucepan and warm it on low heat for a few minutes.

This fruit vinaigrette goes great with a spinach and walnut salad with some chopped apples. Also nice poured over some lightly steamed greens like kale.

I really like this warm and cold too. It is so sweet and yet light that it seems like it should not be so healthy. Very good with apple in the salad.

I love this salad dressing! It's my favorite by far. It goes great cold on a mixed greens salad with grape tomatoes and walnuts. For a special treat, try crumbling an ounce of white stilton with apricots on top. I made it with a fresh anjou pear, a small apple, a small clementine and the balsamic vinager and extra water and did not heat it.
