Lentil Dal with Mango
Dal is the Indian word for lentils and is also the name of the thick Indian lentil stew. In this recipe, cooking the lentils with turmeric, ginger, coriander and cumin gives an authentic flavor. Chopped mangos add a touch of sweetness.
