I am excited to tell you about the debut of Living Nutritarian, a digital magazine exclusively for members of DrFuhrman.com which can be found in the Nutritarian Network. (membership required)
This magazine, which will be published quarterly (in January, April, July and October), will feature information to help you stay on track and enjoy your Nutritarian lifestyle even more. There will be tips and tricks for creating delicious cuisine, news about current advances in nutritional research, interactive games and quizzes and more.
This month, we begin with some strategies for making 2018 your best year ever. You’ll love the ideas for amping up your tried-and-true Nutritarian meals –you’re limited only by your imagination!
Our Nutritarian Advice column tackles two important questions: how to avoid the junk food pitfalls when attending a party, and making a plan to eat healthfully while traveling. You’ll also find step-by-step instructions for prepping one of my favorite (though slightly intimidating) veggies.
Test your knowledge in this month’s quiz, and see how much you know about salt. Also in this issue, you’ll find some suggestions for dealing with food addiction. Plus, in the Last Bite column, discover what three things I would bring if I were stranded on a desert island.
