Cherry Surprise Smoothie

This delicious smoothie has a surprise cruciferous ingredient!

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen cherries (or berries)
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
3/4 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1 regular date, pitted (or 1/2 Medjool date)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or Dr. Fuhrman's Black Cherry Vinegar

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender.

This is wonderfully creamy. Such a treat. I love cauliflower in smoothies! And cherries are my favourite. Together with the other ingredients, they make a total winning combination for me! I suspect I will use this recipe a lot.

I really wanted to like this but it tastes like almond butter mixed with cauliflower to me...

I didn't have cauliflower, so I used bokchoy. It was delicious.
