Coursework is divided into lessons by topic, each with guided reading assignments and brief assessments to ensure students grasp key concepts.

The program is pretty great! I definitely recommend it to health professionals. I know a lot of people who do the eCornell (plant-based nutrition) course and I think that they should additionally or first take this course!
Excellent course. It is detailed, and well thought out. I was blown away by the detail, the research references and Dr. Fuhrman's grasp of how all these nutritional principles work together.
I had bought all Dr. F’s books, DVDs and OnDemand videos, but this course REALLY gave me so much more information, depth and perspective into the subject. I can’t thank Dr. Fuhrman enough for all he is doing for the nutrition world by putting together and offering his course to not only professionals but also to the public who wish to know more in-depth information about the Nutritarian diet.
I found the basic nutrition class to be one of the most comprehensive and interesting classes that I have ever taken. It really changed my knowledge of how nutrition truly effects our body.
