 Why Eat to Live? 

The nutritional quality of my Eat To Live program is effective even for those who have previously been unable to lose weight. However, Eat To Live is not only for those who are overweight, but also it's for anyone who wants to protect their health.

You will learn about the diet-style that I call Eat To Live because you want to:

  • avoid unnecessary and potentially harmful medical interventions.

My book, Eat To Live was designed for those who are not satisfied with mediocrity and want to maximize their opportunity for a positive health outcome. Most people are addicted to the toxic Standard American Diet and are committing slow suicide with food. Thinking about change is difficult. With time, these changes will come easily, and you will eventually prefer this style of eating. Many people might not wish to make such dramatic changes in their lifestyle.

The problem is this: Making moderate changes does not lead to dramatic health achievements and reversal of diseases.

Moderate changes simply don't work. The typical outcome, where adults are put on medication and see their health deteriorate as they pass the age of 50, must be expected. The typical advice begets the typical results where half of all Americans die of heart attacks and strokes, and more than 25 percent die of cancer.

Authorities advise moderate changes, for they fear more substantial improvement in dietary habits will be rejected by the masses: they are right. The masses are addicted to dangerous eating practices, and it is not easy to stop old habits in today's toxic food environment.

Understanding the addictive nature of unhealthful food, how to recover from these addictions, and removing troubling symptoms and cravings that induce overeating is an important distinction in the methods I explain in the membership site and in my book Eat To Live. This is not about measuring portions and trying to eat less food. It is about choosing the highest quality foods that can remove your food addictions and about having you lose your desire to overeat.

I strongly disagree with those who think that you must be satisfied with maintaining an abnormal weight, because trying to lose too much is impossible, or that gastric-bypass is the only sure answer. It does not matter if you have failed every diet you have ever tried in the past. My methods have enabled thousands of individuals to lose large amounts of weight. One statement which I continually make to my patients is, "Do not simply control your diabetes. Let's get rid of it!" If you are ready to receive an education in human nutrition and to be coached to achieve world-class health, you are in the right place.

You choose to Eat To Live because you have made the decision never to have a heart attack. It is for those who are not satisfied with merely reducing their risk a little. You will learn that drugs, surgery and medical care are insufficient to protect you against a medical tragedy. You Eat To Live to avoid the need for medicines, to avoid the need for medical intervention, to avoid invasive surgery, and to avoid the medical tragedies that are so prevalent in our society. You decide to Eat To Live because you realize life is valuable and worth living fully with your full mental faculties and physical abilities maintained into your later years.
