In-office or remote appointments

NEW! We now offer a choice of comprehensive or condensed medical appointments.

Comprehensive medical appointment
This is a 45-minute* session with Dr. Benson. During this appointment, Dr. Benson will educate you on the Nutritarian diet and treat your health concern(s). You’ll have time to ask questions, discuss your immediate and long-term health goals and leave with a full understanding of next-steps. Fee: $450

Condensed medical appointment
This is a 15-minute session with Dr. Benson, where the focus will be on tailoring a treatment plan to address your immediate needs. Patients will need to be familiar with the basics of the Nutritarian diet. Please note: Condensed medical appointments are scheduled at the sole discretion of the medical office; patients with multiple health issues or complicated diagnoses will be referred to the 45-minute comprehensive medical appointment. Fee: $195

Both appointment types are available in-office or via Telemedicine, so you can tailor your treatment plan to meet your individual needs.

*Forty-five minutes is an approximation, and appointment can run shorter or longer depending on patient’s needs

Our physicians provide continuing and comprehensive health care for both adults and children. Although both traditional and new medical technologies are utilized, treatment protocols are centered on superior nutritional guidelines and interventions to establish an optimal environment for healing. This approach maximizes the body’s innate ability to heal itself, facilitating a complete recovery rather than merely treating symptoms of disease. The nutritional protocols applied also provide the best approach for future disease prevention. This philosophy for preventing and treating disease is what makes our practice unique.

Consultations begin with an in-depth discussion about your health concerns and goals. In addition, some noninvasive health screening tools may be utilized, which can provide an immediate “snapshot” of your current health. This view enables our doctors to better help you. Specifically having the accurate determination of your subcutaneous and visceral fat levels, and knowing your skin antioxidant level, provides unique insights in how our doctors can help to protect your future health and prolong your life. Before the close of your visit, you will have a sound understanding of the Nutritarian approach and how it can help you and you will receive very specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations to follow. Additionally, our doctors will work with you to gradually reduce, with the goal of eventually eliminating, the medications that you are currently taking.

You will be provided with the information, education, tools, and resources you need to enable rapid weight loss, significant health improvements, and often the reversal of chronic disease over time.
