Ingredients

1 cup (packed) chopped kale
1 cup (packed) romaine lettuce
1/2 cucumber, cut into several pieces
1 green apple, cored and quartered
1/4 avocado, skin and pit removed
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon ground flax or hemp seeds
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
ice

Instructions:

Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender.
