FAQ:

Q: I’m not a member, but this sounds great! How do I join?

A: Join now for access to the Book Club, plus Nutri-Talks, recipe database, product discounts, video on demand and more. Monthly plans start at $7.95 (Pro tip: Use your member discount to order the books!)

Q: Do I need to participate and answer questions during the zoom?

A: No! This isn’t like school, and you won’t be called on or put on the spot. You are welcome to ask questions or offer ideas – or just listen, if you prefer.

Q: Is Book Club only for people who are advanced followers of the Nutritarian diet?

A: Book Club is for everyone! Dr. Fuhrman’s books cover all aspects of the Nutritarian diet, and give clear, concise guidelines on how to start living your healthiest, most vibrant life. Book Club follows along, chapter by chapter, going in-depth on important concepts and highlighting relevant new research findings.

Q: Do I need a print copy of the book for reference during the discussion?

A: You might find a print copy helpful, but it’s not necessary. If you’re using the Kindle or audio version of the book, that’s fine, too. And be sure to have a pen and paper at your side, in case you want to take notes.

Q: If I can’t attend the zoom lecture at the scheduled time, will I be able to watch a recorded version later?

A: Yes! You’ll be able to access a recording and download a copy of the slide deck, which will be posted within a day or two of the lecture. This will be helpful in case you want to go back and review material we have covered before.
