Keldie lost 34 pounds and making healthy recipes are now a part of her lifestyle
I have been following the Eat To Live lifestyle and lost 34 pounds so far. I started at 209 pounds and am now 175 pounds. I don’t like to cook, but as I learned more about nutrition and exploring foods I had never tried before, I learned to cook them and followed some of Dr. Fuhrman's recipes. I am happy to say that today I no longer have to think about which foods are healthy to eat. I just know. It is part of my lifestyle. Some of my favorite recipes are vegan chili, wholesome soups, and fruit sorbets. Who thought dessert could be so good for you. I freeze the chili and soups, so that when I'm busy, I can still enjoy a healthy meal.
I am now ready to go to the next phase of my journey, exercise. I love to walk and I find it relaxing. I am now learning ways to bring exercise into my new lifestyle.
