5 ounces baby spinach
5 ounces baby greens
1 orange, peeled, sectioned and coarsely chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced and lightly sauteed
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons raisins or currants
1 tablespoon unhulled sesame seeds
2-3 oranges, peeled or 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup raw almonds or 1/8 cup raw almond butter
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Dr Fuhrman's Blood Orange Vinegar or rice vinegar


Combine salad ingredients.

Blend dressing ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.

Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.

Note: For your convenience, Dr. Fuhrman makes a line of healthful bottled salad dressings. Dr. Fuhrman's Orange Sesame Dressing (about 1 cup) can be substituted in this recipe.
