This gourmet dressing can be whisked together in seconds. It’s simple, tasty and the perfect complement to all types of greens.

2 tablespoons natural, unsalted peanut butter
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos or low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons warm water


Combine all ingredients with a whisk. Add more water if needed for creamy consistency.

I'm glad I doubled the recipe! This is very good. It tastes so clean and bright. So far I used this on a salad and a quinoa bowl. I'll be making this often. I'm looking forward to trying it on steamed vegetables, especially asparagus, string beans, etc. Thank you!
