2 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup yellow onions, diced
2/3 cup roma tomatoes
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
dash black pepper


Using a fork, mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Best way to keep the guacamole from turning dark is to keep the seed in it.

This Texas girl thinks it needs lime instead of lemon, a touch more cumin and a splash of Braggs. Yummy.
