These frozen popsicles are a perfect treat for a hot summer day.

3/4 cup water
1 1/3 cups raw cashews
1 banana
1 orange, peeled


Place water and cashews in blender and blend until very very smooth. Add a little more water if needed to assist in blending. Then add banana and orange and blend until smooth.

Pour in popsicle molds and freeze.
Makes about 8 creamsicles.

Also makes a great pudding if you don't wish to freeze.

needed another orange, but it tastes great. Had it as a pudding, waiting on the popsicles to freeze.

We added orange extract and vanilla and still didn't care for them at all.

I agree.  It just tastes like banana and no orange.  Maybe omit the banana and just use the orange.

I used 1 1/2c almond milk, handful of sliced almonds,1 peeled orange, 1 clementine, 3 frozen bananas.  Pretty good, but next time I will add vanilla powder and or almond extract and maybe  an extra orange, frozen in advance.  I'm dreaming of the orange Julius drink!
