These frozen popsicles are a perfect treat for a hot summer day.
3/4 cup water
1 1/3 cups raw cashews
Place water and cashews in blender and blend until very very smooth. Add a little more water if needed to assist in blending. Then add banana and orange and blend until smooth.
Pour in popsicle molds and freeze.
Makes about 8 creamsicles.
Also makes a great pudding if you don't wish to freeze.
