Ingredients:

For the Dressing:
1/4 cup Dr. Fuhrman's Black Fig Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon low sodium ketchup
1 teaspoon Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest (or other no-salt seasoning blend, adjusted to taste)
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Salad:
3 ounces mache (see note)
3 ounces watercress
2 ounces frisee
4 ounces mixed baby greens
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions:

Blend dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Combine mache, watercress, frisee, mixed greens and broccoli sprouts and toss with dressing. Top with chopped pecans.

Note: Mache is a mild salad lettuce with round small leaves. Use additional
baby greens if mache is not available.

The stars are for the dressing...I made this dressing, but used it on broccoli sprouts. It is now one of my favorites.

5 stars for both the dressing and the salad mix. I've made this once with Lulu Fig Vinegar and once with Cuisine Perel Fig Vinegar (Fuhrman's). My husband likes the thicker (and more expensive) Lulu vinegar. N.B. I think "fricasee" should be "frisee."

This dressing is soooo good. I love it. I also love that I can quickly mix it up in a bowl with whisk instead of dragging out my big vita mix. EASY!
