Delicious! Unfortunately, I had to use bottled orange juice, but I can just imagine how better it would be with fresh-squeezed.

My favorite -- I start fantasizing about my lunch right after breakfast when I know I'll be having this. I like it on a dark green salad with walnuts, raisins, garbanzo beans and carrots. Pink Lady apples give it a better texture than most other apples.

You know, this one really surprised me! Reading the ingredients, I thought to myself "there is no way this is going to taste even remotely apple pie-ish" Boy was I wrong! It tastes just like apple pie filling, and the texture of the apple pulp doesn't seem to stick out like I thought it would. I highly recommend everyone try this recipe for themselves! Even my Husband, who is not an ETL'er said tonight "You're slowly winning me over to this lifestyle, one recipe like this at a time!" It was very encouraging, as it is so hard to watch him eating all my favorite foods on our date nights. Luckily for me, my magic recipe for no cheating is 0% compromise. This recipe makes salads delectable, dessert salads!

Absolutely loved this. I added 1/2 tsp. of apple pie spice and for a added kick I grated some nutmeg into it. xxxxx
