I started following the instructions in Dr. Fuhrman's Super Immunity after seeing him on the Dr. Oz show. I believe my story will be of interest as I live in Costa Rica, whose habits are very different to those of the United States. Both my wife Angela, my son Carlos and I have followed a very strict diet based on Dr. Fuhrman recommendations. Every Saturday we go to a fair and only buy organic products which are almost 90 percent of our food. My health is good and I have been very athletic. Still, at the age of 88, I swim twice a week and do 30 or 40 lengths each time.
However, I have suffered a lot because I've had several cancers all operated on successfully. The first was a cancer in a testicle and the doctor told me that it was extremely aggressive and dangerous; the testicle was removed and I was infiltrated with cobalt which was a mistake because 30 years later I had another cancer in the bladder which was also operated with good results. In addition, I have also had several operations for skin cancers caused by in walking the mountains in the sun when I was young.
After following Dr. Fuhrman's advice, in a short time, I began to see improvements in my health. I feel more agile, more alert, sleep better. My blood and urine tests are good. Overall I feel pretty good and I owe it all to Dr. Fuhrman.
