Week One:

Follow a simple menu plan featuring a morning juice, large salad for lunch and a veggie/bean soup or entrée for dinner. Designed to jumpstart your weight loss and detox process, this week eases the transition to the more intense calorie restrictive regimen that will make up the next two weeks. 

Weeks Two and Three:

Enjoy two large vegetable-based juices for breakfast and dinner and a salad, soup and fruit for lunch. Prepare the juices yourself or purchase them following Dr. Fuhrman's juice guidelines.
