Since adding about 10 oz. of daily fresh juice made of of kale, beets, carrots, broccoli stalks, celery, ginger, and whatever cruciferous greens I have in the house, my normal life-long severe spring allergies have vanished. Many of my friends in this part of the country are having big allergy problems right now, but I am symptom-free.
This result has motivated me to follow the ETL plan for life, and to spread the word to everyone I know!
