Sarah lost 70 pounds and has a better self image
I am a new person and believe all that Dr. Fuhrman tells us. In 2003 I had an auto accident and went from 125 pounds to 190 pounds in one year. I was disabled for two years. In 2009 my adopted grandson encouraged me to get healthy by following his great lifestyle. He was eating organic fresh fruits and veggies and following an exercise program. For a few months he kept telling me how I could get healthy if I gave up my addiction to sugar and animal fats and simple carbs. In January 2010 I started following his advice.
As my addictions became under control and my body was not being robbed of vital nutrition, I was able to start to incorporate a short exercise program two times a day which I increased as my body began to come into balance and my energy level increased. My self-image grew and my eating choices were made without cravings. After six months I lost 45 pounds and stayed at 145 pounds until I started my two to three times a day fusions of micronutrients. I blend three to four fresh uncooked fruits and three to four uncooked veggies and add either or both 100 percent organic natural fruit juice and beet juice and blend. Drinking one-half cup two to three times daily has changed the way I make eating decisions.In January 2011 I lost more weight and my cholesterol levels became normal. I continued to drop weight effortlessly till I reached 120 pounds in June 2011 and have stayed there.
