Abby's cholesterol numbers have really improved on the Eat to Live plan!

My cholesterol had been inching up and on Aug. 14, 2008 it was 249. On that day I started the Eat to Live plan and in 5 weeks I lost 5 pounds (I was not heavy to begin with, I went from a size 8 to size 6) and my cholesterol went down to 183. I am very happy and I feel great. I am totally enjoying the new foods I am eating and I expect the cholesterol numbers to get even better as I stay on the plan!
