Scott's Story

Scott is no longer a  "big meat eater,"  lost over 25 pounds and is looking forward to helping others with their heath issues  

I have been on Dr. Fuhrman's eating plan for almost two months now. I have lost over 25 pounds and my blood pressure has normalized. My blood pressure was around 140/93 and now it's 110/79 with my resting pulse running about 65. I still need to lose more weight, but I am well on my way and loving the food.

I have always been a big meat eater. If it didn't have meat in it, well it wasn't a full meal. I have only had meat about three times in the last two months. I do miss it but I have a better understanding of what's good and what's bad and why. I started this program as part of my studies to become a health coach. Eat To Live was one of my study materials. I really think I'm on the right track and can't wait to help others with what I have learned.
