Frankie lost 85 pounds and is enjoying life more than ever
I have had weight problems all my life. I've gone on various diets off and on only to put the weight right back on, plus some. My whole family is overweight so I thought it was impossible to shed excess pounds. A customer, who is a doctor, suggested Eat To Live. I am 5ft. 8in.and weighed 240 pounds. I was busting out of a women's size 3X and starting to buy 4X to have some breathing room.
I thought the Eat To Live program would be difficult. In fact, I ate chocolate chip cookies while reading the book. The things that convinced me were the scientific facts about health and the standard American diet, and then Dr. Fuhrman saying "just try it for six weeks. At the end of the six weeks you'll look and feel so good you'll never go back." I was convinced that it wouldn't work for me, but decided I could try anything for six weeks.
The first two weeks I bought everything organic and the most delicious, tempting fruits and veggies I could find. I didn't want to feel deprived. In the first six weeks I lost 28 pounds. In six months I lost 70 pounds. It's been a year now and I've lost 85 pounds and I went down eight pant sizes.
The biggest change for me, even better than buying clothes in much smaller sizes, is how good I feel now. I am 58 years old, was feeling depressed, no energy, and had trouble getting up from the couch myself. Now I hop out of bed in the morning, dance around to music at home and work, and everyone marvels at my new attitude.
Thank you Dr. Fuhrman. I have ordered and sold, at cost, 72 copies of your book to my customers who are interested. Many of my clientele are making similar changes. Dr. Fuhrman is doing a wonderful thing for the health of all Americans. We are all appreciative. YAY Dr. Fuhrman.
