Shipping
We offer shipping using the U.S. Postal Service. Overseas customers (including Hawaii, Canada and International) can use this affordable delivery method. Shipping charges are not yet automatically calculated when you check out, so the charge will be a $5 fee, plus the postal fee. The postal fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card. Any orders that include vinegars will be shipped by UPS because of breakage problems with the U.S. Postal Service.
Returns and Refunds
Supplements, food products, digital books, books and newsletters cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Member Center subscription are not refundable, but memberships can be cancelled at any time. Videos can be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the shipment, provided they are returned unused, with original packaging (cellophane) intact. If you have questions about your order, please email orders@drfuhrman.com or call (800) 474-9355 x221. Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or if an order was damaged during transit. Please, do not open any of the items. We will give you instructions on returning the items and will ship replacements to you. Foreign orders, credit cards, payments
We unfortunately cannot accept any credit cards from foreign banks or foreign credit institutions. We welcome orders from foreign countries, but we require that the funds be wired into our account prior to shipment. Payment can also be made by money order prior to shipment. Duty, customs or other charges will vary according to each country and will be the customer's full responsibility.
Credit Card Fraud
Please be informed that we record the IP address of transactions to help prosecute fraudulent card use and work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent credit card use.
