Shipping

International Shipping

Orders are generally shipped via the United States Postal Service. A $25 flat rate shipping charge applies to all orders to these locations when you check out. Actual shipping charges are calculated when your order is packaged and adjustments may be made based on a number of factors including: the desired service level (Standard/Express); the types and quantity of items you are purchasing; the total weight of the items and the destination country postal code. If the actual shipping charge exceeds $45.00, the additional postal fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card. DrFuhrman.com cannot be held responsible or liable for any items lost/damaged when shipped internationally via U.S. Postal Service. Due to problems with breakage in the past, all orders that include 6.5 oz glass vinegar bottles will be shipped by UPS.

Expedited Shipping

Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping (2nd day air, 3rd day air or overnight). The flat rate expedited shipping charges are estimates only. If the actual charge is less than you paid, a credit will be issued to your account. If the actual charge is more, the additional postage fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card. We will email you with the amount of the credit or charge.

Wholesale Orders
The actual charge for shipping wholesale orders will be charged to the credit card used to process the wholesale order. Wholesale customers are emailed with actual shipping charges.

Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened supplements*, audio, and video products for store credit. Items must be returned and received within 15 days of purchase date to be eligible for credit. The amount of store credit will be based on purchase price minus shipping and $10 restocking fee. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Credit must be used in full for a single purchase/order within 1 year of issuance and does not apply toward shipping.

*Excluding DHA Purity and Dr. Fuhrman's Favorite Flora or any other supplements requiring refrigeration.

Items that are Not Returnable/Refundable

DrFuhrman.com does not accept returns of the following items:

Food/kitchen products
Books
Newsletters
Posters/Magnets
Opened audio/video products
DHA Purity, Favorite Flora, and ANY opened supplement
Downloadable digital products
Gift baskets and gift certificates
Health/Fitness products
Skin Care
Member Center Subscriptions are not refundable, but can be cancelled at any time

Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or if an order was damaged during transit. Please, do not open any of the items. We will give you instructions on returning the items and will ship replacements to you. International orders, credit cards, payments
Due to the high frequency of fraud we have the right to accept/deny orders placed by credit card for International orders. We welcome orders from foreign countries, but we prefer that the funds be wired into our account prior to shipment. Payment can also be made by money order prior to shipment. Duty, customs or other charges will vary according to each country and will be the customer's full responsibility.

Credit Card Fraud
Please be informed that we record the IP address of transactions to help prosecute fraudulent card use and work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent credit card use.
