Eating a diet rich in cruciferous vegetables is your best defense for fighting and preventing cancer.

You know about the antioxidant effects our bodies derive from the phytochemicals in plant foods. But do you know that the unique phytochemicals found in cruciferous vegetables offer the most powerful health promoting benefits of all.

The research findings are really overwhelming. These foods, such as arugula, bok choy, and radishes, play a major and unique role in offering protection against cancer. I recommend at least 2 cruciferous servings per day, one raw and one cooked.
