The holidays may be over but you can still
continue your journey to incredible health in 2013!
If you accepted the Holiday Challenge you can enter the Holiday Challenge CONTEST and share the highlights of your journey
with us. Tell us how the nutritarian diet changed
your life and be entered to win an all-expenses paid trip for you and a guest to Dr.
Fuhrman's 2013 Annual Summer Health Getaway in San Diego, California!
Your CONTEST Package Submission should include:
- One (1) essay of 1000 words or less detailing your journey to incredible health; describe how the
nutritarian diet has affected your life; discuss changes in your overall health,
challenges you have faced and anything else you would like to share about your
journey.
- Two (2) photos of you, one before you began Dr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian Program (this can be before you accepted the Holiday Challenge) and one 'after'
photo.
- OPTIONAL: One (1) video of five minutes or less illustrating your physical
transformation and/or video testimonial. Videos are not required but may enhance
your CONTEST package.
How you tell your story is up to you, but we encourage you to be creative, honest and
candid. Tell us how your life has changed and/or how you have changed the lives of those around you!

Grand Prize
- One (1) all-expenses paid trip for two to Dr. Fuhrman's 2013 Annual Summer Health Getaway in San Diego, California.
- Expenses include airfare, airport transfer from destination airport to the hotel,
all meals, one standard double-occupancy room and all getaway lectures, screenings
and events. Excursions and incidentals not included.
Holiday Challenge CONTEST Details
- The CONTEST runs from November 19, 2012 through April 1, 2013; all entries must be
completed and received by April 1, 2013.
- The contest winner will be announced by May 1, 2013.
- There is no cost to enter the Holiday Challenge CONTEST; participation is completely
voluntary and requires no purchase.
- DrFuhrman.com reserves the right to utilize all submitted materials including before
and after photos, video or written materials subject to the terms and conditions of the
Success Stories Submissions regardless of the results of the contest. Finalists may
be contacted to request additional information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Entrants must be 18 years or older by April 1, 2013.
- Entrants must participate in the 2012 Holiday Challenge.
- Entrants must have activated their Holiday Callenge complimentary 2-month membership to DrFuhrman.com's Member Center; entrants who
cancel their membership after January 1, 2013 are still eligible.
Additional Contest Rules
Each entrant is eligible for one prize only. Prizes awarded are nonredeemable for cash.
No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of
winner. DrFuhrman.com reserves the right to add or substitute a prize or a portion of
the prize at its discretion.
All winners are responsible for all taxes on prize(s) awarded. All winners will be required
to promptly and timely complete the appropriate tax forms. Winners will be sent a 1099
MISC federal tax form if applicable. All federal, state and local laws and regulations
apply. Contest is void where prohibited.
Winners are required to claim prize, sign applicable releases, and acknowledge Terms
and Conditions within 15 days of being notified that they are winners. DrFuhrman.com
reserves the right to disqualify any winner if any contest rules are violated in any way.
DrFuhrman.com, its parent corporation, and /or any related or affiliated entity assumes
no liability for situations or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in
the contest, and shall be held harmless pursuant to the "Success Stories" Terms and
Conditions.
DrFuhrman.com reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any part of the
contest (and not award the offered prize) at its discretion if world event, the national
mood, public safety or any other event or circumstance warrant. DrFuhrman.com
reserves the right to amend the rules of the contest at any time. The judge's decision
as to a winners) or any other contest matter is always final and non-disputable.
DrFuhrman.com shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim any prize based
on difficulties with telephone, facsimile, email, or internet difficulties, or any
circumstances in any contest, whether or not within its control.
Contestants must possess and present a valid form of identification bearing the picture
of the contestant acceptable to DrFuhrman.com before a prize is awarded.
