Dr. Fuhrman's 2008 Health Getaway.

Dear Dr. Fuhrman and Staff,

I'm sending you pictures of the autographed poster that you signed at your 2008 Health Getaway. This is by far the best makeover not only for our kitchen........but a total health makeover for me (Agatha) and my husband (Nick)!

Prior to attending the Getaway, I had read your ETL (Eat To Live book) and we both had office visits, however, we were amazed by your daily agenda of lectures, discussions, delicious food, your incredible staff and lets not forget the talent show and judges.

Within the five days that we were there and eating all of that healthy food, Nick (with the advice of his Doctor) got off of:

1. Hydrochlorothiazide
2. Allopurinol
3. Lipitor
4. Singulair
5. Colchicine

. . . . and reduced the amount of:

1. Aspirin (81.mg ) from 2 pills to 1
2. Carvedilol from 2 pills to 1
3. Amlodipine Besylate from 2 pills to 1

As for me, so far I have lost a total of 30 lbs. and am off Liptor and my blood pressure is now 110/75 ........

A neighbor of mine saw me at the supermarket and told me that I look great. Another friend of mine and her husband were impressed by our progress.

Since everyone ends up in the kitchen, grandchildren, children and friends check out your poster and we always have wonderful discussions about the SAD diet versus the Nutritarian diet.

We have also joined the your Member Center and enjoy getting great information and advice.

We just received the email about your 2009 Health Getaway in the Florida Keys, our family & friends are showing a lot of interest in joining us.

Thank you Dr. Fuhrman for making it all possible. Just as you would say "GOT THAT" ...............YES, WE CERTAINLY DID!!!!!!!
